Wonton is a 1 year old Pit Bull Terrier Mix. She can be alittle shy around new people and situations so she'd like a quiet home, somewhere she can feel safe and secure. She does warm up and becomes very sweet and affectionate. She likes to be petted and will even roll over for some belly rubs! While Wonton has been at the Humane Society, she's learned to walk nicely on a leash and does enjoy going outside. She's alert and attentive and likes to smell and sniff everything. She's also in two of our programs: first, she's in Shelter to Home, which is where she's learning basic comands. So far, she's learned sit, down and wait but would love to learn even more in her new home. She's also in Dog to Dog Socialization, where she's learning how to play with other dogs and she's doing wonderfully with that.
